How far ahead should I come in?
As early as you can, especially in the spring when weddings and proms stack up. Call us with your date and we will tell you the right window so there is time to order the style you want and fit it before the day.
Can you handle groomsmen who live out of town?
Yes. Because we are an official Jim’s Formal Wear store, party members who cannot get to Teutopolis can often be measured at a participating shop near them and added to your order, so everyone matches.
What does a rental include?
A complete look for the occasion, put together with you at your fitting. The exact pieces depend on the style you choose, and we walk through all of it in person so nothing is a guess.
What does it cost?
Pricing depends on the styles and pieces you choose. We confirm it with you at the fitting, before anything is ordered, so there are no surprises.
What if it does not fit when it comes in?
You try it on before the event, here in the shop, and we handle any adjustment locally before you take it. That is the whole reason to rent in person instead of from a box.
